- Our Red Carpet-trained professionals will be expecting your arrival with all your service requirements and arrangements ready for review.
- Whether you chose to wait or have pre-arranged transportation, you'll enjoy the warmth and hospitality of your Porsche Centre.
Step IV: Assignment
- Our workshop will be ready to service your Porsche, with a service bay reserved, a technician
assigned, and all necessary parts pre-ordered and awaiting your arrival.
Step V: Service
- As part of our commitment, we will keep you updated at every step.
Step VI: Quality Control
- We will verify that all services have been performed according to the latest factory standards and
that your vehicle is washed and ready at the promised time.
Step VII: Delivery
- When you arrive, our trained team will take the time to explain and answer any questions you may have about your invoice.
- We will gladly escort you to your Porsche that will be ready and waiting for you.
Step VIII: Follow-up
- Continuous improvement is part of our philosophy at Porsche. That is why our service team will contact
you within 48 hours of your visit to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your service experience.
